I have a Master 2 in Business Law from the Université du Littoral Côte d’Opale (ULCO) and a Master 2 in Management from SKEMA Business School. I also hold a Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (CAPA), awarded by the École de formation professionnelle des barreaux de la cour d’appel de Paris (EFB).

I have worked for 2 years as an Employment lawyer in the M&A department of PwC Société d’Avocats, where I carried out a large number of HR due diligences, worked on several  restructuring projects and provided advices in Labour law involving on both national and international issues.

I then joined the GMBA Walter Allinial group, and more specifically its subsidiary SMC, as a Human Resources Consultant, where I provided operational assistance to French and foreign companies and associations in the correct application of employment law and collective agreements (disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, staff representatives, etc.).

I later joined GMBAvocats as an Employment lawyer.
