Nastazia Femmami

I mainly specialize in corporate taxation and business law, providing both advisory and litigation services.

As an attorney since 2014, I hold a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Tax Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master of Science (MSc) obtained from the University of York in England. After three years as a tax lawyer at EY Société d’Avocats in Paris, followed by four years abroad and in the corporate sector, I joined GMBAvocats law firm in 2022 as a tax lawyer.

My experiences in law firms, corporate environments, as well as in non-profit organizations and international settings, enable me to assist a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, SMEs, and associations. I provide them with guidance and advice on their tax matters in France (corporate tax, VAT/customs duties, local taxes) and abroad (withholding taxes, application of tax treaties, royalties, etc.). Additionally, I handle the analysis of restructuring operations, prepare transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR), and manage tax audits and disputes.
