Malika Oberlé

With a degree in Salary Management Sciences and Techniques, I have been a Senior Payroll & HR Manager at GMBA SMC since 2014.

With dual experience in SMEs and within the international division of the company InExtenso (Deloitte Group), I support foreign and national companies of different sizes and activities in their payroll management.

I help these companies to ensure the correct application of labour law and collective agreements, as well as on a wide range of issues such as payroll audits, international mobility, shadow payroll, management of expatriates, registration of foreign companies without an establishment in France, employment contracts, employer’s HR obligations, etc.

As Technical Payroll Advisor within GMBA’s “International” service line, I participate in the creation and development of payroll support.
