As a chartered accountant, I have been a partner of GMBA since 2020 specializing in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. I joined the firm in 2017 as Manager of Business Advisory Services, having gained experience as a Manager Financial Audit an Accounting Advisory services at EY (Ernst and Young)​.

I am Head of Corporate Finance – Transactions Services Department, and I’m involved in financial due diligence missions buy-side or sell-side, for companies in diverse sectors (such as insurance, business services, printing sector, IT, industry, etc.). I’m specialized in small and mid-cap deals.

Being certified as a Microsoft Data Analyst (Power BI), I also support company executives by providing strategic and financial management through the development of interactive dashboards using strategic intelligence tools. I can create the requested reports for the international headquarters of French subsidiaries.

I also take part in the exchange of best practice at European and international conferences organized by our Allinial Global, International Association.
