Anne-Laure Moisset

I primarily practice in business law, serving a clientele mainly composed of companies and executives, both in advisory and litigation matters. I regularly appear before civil and commercial courts.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2017, I hold a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2 Juriste d’affaires) from the University of Paris Descartes.

Both my professional practice and my training enable me to have a cross-disciplinary understanding of law, allowing me to support clients of the firm in the development of their business (high-level financing operations, acquisitions/sales, commercial contracts), as well as in managing their civil, commercial, and social disputes or handling their financial difficulties.

I practiced for five years at the NOSTEN firm before joining GMBAvocats following its merger with GMBA Paris 15.
